Sweethearts Brad and Janet stumble onto the eerie mansion of Dr. Frank-N-Furter who is about to unveil his ultimate creation: the perfect muscleman, Rocky. The household full of kitschy, eccentric, gothic characters (and the audience) sing and dance their way through the evening until it is revealed that they are not, in fact, of this earth.
